Starting her career as an analyst/programmer, Jan has fulfilled many roles including Business Consultant, Project Manager, Programme Manager and Portfolio Manager.
She has delivered projects within both client and supplier organisations.
The organisations Jan has worked for/with include Lloyds Banking Group, the Financial Conduct Authority (previously the FSA), The Bank of England, JP Morgan, HSBC, Tata Consultancy Services and Legal & General.
Jan's role since July 2015 is Business Programme Manager, working on the divestment of a joint venture.
